| The basin was broken. We reported that at our arrival at 12 a.m. When we came home at night nothing was done. Only after half a hour discussion and my threat I would wait untill they call the police, they accepted that I pay 20,- Euro less. |

| We were given wrong room to begin with and then given room that had not been used in some time as it was stuffy smelling and had old food in the fridge. We even repaired the towel holder ourselves as it was on the floor when we arrived! |
