 What is Filcoo?
 Filcoo is a simple and practical online solution to book different types of accommodation all around the world. Filcoo enables everyone the possibility to view the properties' pages, facility and map details. Check availability and prices and book directly online, in a secure protected server.




 What will I gain from joining Filcoo?
  We will promote your hotel and services to travellers and travel agents worldwide, enabling you to receive a completely new revenue through online reservations.




 What are the financial risks?
  Zero! There are no join-up fees or monthly charges! You pay commission only for the bookings you receive.




 Do we have to give a fixed allotment?
 No, our system works on a free sale basis, not a fixed allocation. You can delete/add rooms and change rates at anytime.




 Who can become an affiliate?
 Any hotel, B&B, or accommodation supplier.




 Where will my hotel be distributed?
 As one of Europe's leading online hotel reservations providers, we are able to advertise your hotel on partner websites and electronic networks.




 What happens if a guest cancels or amends their booking?
 If guests cancel online, you are notified as you are with reservations. Guests may also cancel/amend directly with you over the phone or by email; in which case we ask you to notify us, using our “reservation statement edit”, so that we do not inadvertently charge you commission.




 How many bookings will I receive?
 This depends on your hotel rates and availability and how well you describe the atmosphere, facilities and amenities.




 How long does it take to start receiving reservations?
 You can start receiving reservations within 2 working days. All you have to do is upload in our system all information required and ensure that your availability and rates are correct. Please allow up to 10 weeks for us to fully distribute your hotel across the entire Filcoo distribution network.




 When will the reservation be paid?
 You will need to submit this information within your account on Filcoo, but never before the arrival of the client if not specified.




 How much commission do you charge?
 We charge very competitive commission rates. Please Contact Us for more information.




 Do you send a monthly statement?
 Yes, a list all the months reservations is available in your account at the end of each month. To ensure that we send out the correct invoice, you have seven days at the end of each month to notify us online, of any amendments, cancellations and no show's.




 What are your payment terms?
 Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date. You are requested to download the invoice from your account every two months. We request that a Direct Debit or Bank transfer is set up. This is a quick and convenient way to pay and ensures our continual service.




 Are reservations guaranteed?
 When booking, guests are required to provide contact and credit card details. You will have access to these details, via our secure server (SSL), so that you can collect cancellation or no show fees.




 When a cancellation and no show occurs, do you charge commission?
 We invoice for reservations cancelled, modified and any violation of your policy, whether you choose to charge the guest or not, as we incur commission charges from websites and travel agents for bookings that you receive in good faith.




 How do I receive notification of bookings and cancellations?
 Notifications are automatically activate when customers book or cancel online. You receive notification in 3 ways – on your admin centre, via email and fax. Fax and email notifications are not always reliable methods of communication, therefore it is imperative to regularly check your online hotel bookings page.




 Can I receive bookings through my own website?
 Yes, for free we can expand your existing website by providing you with Filcoo's online booking software to be included on your hotel's website. Contact us for further information on this incredible promotional offer.
