What is Filcoo?
Filcoo is a simple and practical online solution, allowing you to book different types of accommodation all around the world. The foremost section is dedicated to hotel reservation's. Filcoo enables everyone the possibility to view the properties'pages, facility and map details. Check availability and prices and book directly online, in a secure protected server.

Are Filcoo prices per person or per room?
Rates are always nightly per room not per person. Hotels differ, you will need to check whether the room includes breakfast.

How do I search for available hotels?
The Hotel search engine on the Filcoo home page will provide a list of hotels sorted by availability and price. You then select a hotel, specify the number and type of room/s you require, finally proceed by clicking BOOK NOW which will take you to the reservation area to provide your personal details.

Why does Filcoo need my credit card details?
Credit card information is requested for the purpose of securing the hotel reservation. Your credit card information will not be used to automatically collect payment for your hotel stay; it is only used to collect a penalty in the case of no-show or late cancellation. We will not charge your credit card in any way.

How do I pay the hotel bill?
You pay the hotel directly either in cash or credit card if accepted.

Do I pay a cancellation fee?
No, Filcoo will not charge a cancellation fee. However, the cancellation policy of the hotel may require that you cancel your booking well in advance. You will find the cancellation policies on the hotel booking form web page before confirming.

Do I pay a reservation fee?
No, we will not charge you any reservation fee.

Is my reservation guaranteed?
The hotel has to guarantee the reservation made though Filcoo. In the event of overbooking or any unforeseen unavailability the hotel is required to offer the same standard or upgrade at a another Hotel.

How many rooms can I book in one reservation?
A maximum of 9 rooms each type can be booked in one reservation. If you will need a group reservation for more than 9 rooms, please send an email to: info@filcoo.com

Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?
Unfortunately, we do NOT take bookings by telephone or email. But if you need assistance of any kind you can always call us during office hours or send an email to: info@filcoo.com

How are the hotels for the chosen dates shown?
The number of hotels displayed always varies. At the top of the list are the hotels you can book immediately, then those that have partial availability. It could be 2 hotels or 300. You are shown only those available for instant booking. You can book them directly at the cheapest current guaranteed Filcoo price.

How do I register?
No registration is required. Only for the booking purpose you will be asked to provide personal information and credit card details which will be registered into a secure server. Immediately afterwards you will receive an email with your password. The password gives you access to your online account where you can view the status and details of your bookings and eventually modify or cancel them.

How can Filcoo get such wonderful prices?
With thousands of bookings made every day, numerous cooperation agreements with Internet portals, airlines and companies directly linked to our search engine, Filcoo represents an important sales opportunity for hotels.

Is Filcoo good for last-minute trips? / Can Filcoo support my desire to remain flexible at all times?
Absolutely. That's why Filcoo has been created. We do recommend that you book at least 24 hours before your projected arrival date, if this is not possible it would be best to make a call to the reception of the hotel to make sure of your reservation.
