1. Service
Filcoo srl, through its website, provides services to travellers to make hotel bookings online. While participating hotels provide and update their own information, Filcoo makes the best effort to ensure that such information is accurate and up-to-date by implementing policies and procedures. Filcoo cannot, however, guarantee that all of the information is comprehensive and without error. Filcoo is not liable for interruption of its service due to any kind of interruption of the Internet services.

Filcoo services are provided to travellers at no cost.

2. Privacy

3. Reservation
When making reservations via Filcoo, you are requested to provide credit card information in order to complete the booking. The credit card information is forwarded to the hotel but no advanced payment will be charged for your hotel reservation. Payment is due and payable when you arrive at the hotel.

4. Cancellation
Cancellation policies vary from hotel to hotel. Please read the cancellation policy of the chosen hotel carefully when making a reservation. The Cancellation policy is included in the confirmation email. Please observe the policy to avoid possible penalties for late-cancellation and no-show. Fees for cancellation, if any, are charged by the hotel. Filcoo will not charge any fees for your use of our system.
