Very central hotel close to railway station and Duomo. Snack bars and restaurants on doorstep. Flight of steps to reach reception area. Lobby area with internet, seating and small library. Hotel staff very friendly with good English. Room clean and tidy, some traffic noise at night but not enough to stop us sleeping. Breakfast buffet style: bread rolls, croissants, meat, cheese, jams, cereals, juice, hot drinks. Would recommend hotel to anyone on budget who wants to be in centre of Florence.
