Villa Le Clementine is situated in an oasis of peace and wellbeing, in the middle of a 12 hectare citrus orchard, on the slopes of mount Etna, with a breathtaking view of the sea from Catania to Taormina. The rooms are in a typical Sicilian house built in the early 20th Century, whose original structure with its wide arch-ceilings was restored by recycling the original materials.
From the entrance of the estate, the visitor is enraptured by the beauty and variedness of the typical Sicilian landscape so rich in contrasts. The main villa is built on top of a hill: on one slope there is a citrus orchard with the old rural buildings, such as the palmenti where grapes were pressed to make wine. Opposite the house there is a terrace from where the visitor's eye sweeps the sea and the coast where chestnut and oak woods and the rocky landscape with the cactus and the broom that grow on the 1928 stream of lava alternate. From the back of the house the visitor can enjoy the magnificent sight of the Mount Etna and the lucky ones can also witness one of the most beautiful shows in the world: the eruptions of the volcano.
The strategic position halfway between the sea and the mountain is the most attracting feature so that, beside the vegetation, the scent and the animals so rare in other places, one can really enjoy an healthy and comfortable holiday, plunged into the sounds of nature far from the caos of the city.

FROM MESSINA - by Motorway: take A18 towards Catania, get out at Fiumefreddo. Take S.S. 114 towards Giarre-Catania. Go past Fiumefreddo and Mascali. At the Nunziata-Piedimonte junction turn right, then take the Nunziata-S.Alfio junction when you arrive in S.Alfio follow the directionals towards S.Alfio-Puntalazzo.
FROM MESSINA by Train: get on any train going to Catania-Siracusa. Get off in Giarre-Riposto. Take the S.S. 114 towards Taormina-Messina Go past Giarre, at Nunziata-Piedimonte junction turn left, then take the junction towards S.Alfio when you get to S.Alfio follow the directionals towards S.Alfio-Puntalazzo.
