The new residence complex has been conceived in accordance with Sardinian tradition and architecture. Each apartment has been built with the typical Sardinian stone and is sorrounded by beautiful gardens. The residence has an exclusive location, just 1 kilometer away from Palau city centre and its services, just 20 minutes ferry boat trip away from Isle of La Maddalena and its beautiful Marine Park and just 30 minutes drive from the fashioned Costa Smeralda. The nearest beach is only 150 meters away and it overlooks the wonderful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena. The beach is sourrounded by a thick pineweood, the ideal place for picnics and long walks. COMPULSORY CHARGES (TO PAY ON SPOT): WEEKLY FORFAIT: 40 per person (adults) , children 0-3 years free, 3-12 eur 20,00 rates include water, gas bed and bath linen and equipped swimming pool (sun beds and chaises longues in limited availability), courtesy kit. FINAL CLEANING: mono 2 eur 40,00, bilo 4 eur 50,00, final cleaning of the kitchenette is guests' care, should this be found dirty eur 50,00 surcharge is applied. REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: eur 150,00 (to be settled locally) refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded and mailed as soon as possible to the guests's home address. ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be requested at the time of booking and settled locally) AIR CONDITIONING: (portable) eur 100,00 per week DAILY ROOM MAID SERVICE: M2 : eur 15; B4: eur 20; (does not include kitchenette which is care of the guests) LINEN HIRE: bed eur 10 per person per change; towels eur 10 per person each change. BABY COT: eur 35 a week, free whenever brought from the client. PETS: Small pets admitted, but not allowed to the beach and common areas. eur 30 surcharge for extra cleaning.
