Just steps from the "Redentore chearch" of Palladio, famous italian architect, the apartment is conveniently located close to the boat stop of "Redentore"',in the Giudecca quarter.
This area offer the possibility to relax, take a walk and have good time with venetian people.
The apartment is only few minutes' by waterboat from the Venice's most important attractions such as 'Saint Mark's Square' and 'Rialto's Bridge'.
From the nearby boat stop could easily be reached all city sites and the most important Venetian islands: Burano, Murano, Torcello and Lido of Venice.
This comfortable flat has just been recently restored and it could give hospitality up to 5 or 6 persons comfortably.
The apartment is on the ground floor with independent entrance and it is composed by: equipped kitchen with dining- living room, furnished with first quality and very new furniture. The living -room presents relax given by two comfortable double sofa beds.
The kitchen is completely equiped with household appliances, cutlery, dishes, glasses and pots ,wasching machine,dischwasher,oven.It consents to cook and have food in a functional and pleasant room.
Through the staircase, you can go to the apartment's first floor. Here you have a very bright doublebedroom with wardobe. and the bathroom completed with sanitary like: sink, toilet, bidet and e a box-schower .
