On the 1st floor of a venitian palace, recently restored and with the elevator, it has a magnificient view on a Canal, where the gondolas flow all during all the day.
After the entrance, you have the doors which take you to the other rooms: the bedroom, in typical venitian style, with the large kingsize bed and the spacious cupboard; the living room with a sofa and armchair, satellite television and, on request, 2 single beds; in the bathroom you have the hydro shower; the modern kitchen complitely equipped with refrigerator, 4 rings, dishwasher, table and chairs for 6 people.
The washing machine is on the groud floor in a common area.
Central heating and air conditioning make this apartment the ideal solution all over the year.
RIALTO APARTMENT
This nice apartment is located in the real heart of Venice, between the Rialto Bridge, with its typical shops and its famous market and St. Mark's Square, one of the most famous square in the world.
On the 2nd floor of a venitian palace, recently restored and with the elevator, it has a magnificient view on a Canal, where the gondolas flow during all the day.
A spacious entrance leeds you to the dining room with the kitchenette where you find a table and its 4 chairs, the satellite tv, a sofa bed for 2 persons. The kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator an freezer, 3 rings, dishwasher and oven. In the bedroom a large kingsize bed, a cupboard a small desk. The bathroom, made with marble, has a comfortable bathtub.
The washing machine is on the groud floor in a common area.

After the booking you will be contacted in order to fix an appointment to collet your apartment's keys. An Hostess will meet you at the Public Boat Station RIALTO line n° 2 and lead you at your apartment. If you do not read or receive our email, please remind to contact us at least 7 days prior arrival. Check-in starts from 3 PM up to 7.30pm. Check-in later than 7.30pm are on request and subjected to a supplement of 50 Euro (to be paid upon arrival).
A Security Deposit is required by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) upon arrival.
Direction From/To Train Station: Line number 2 to Rialto and vice.
Direction From/To Piazzale Roma: Line number 2 to Rialto and vice.
